ABOUT
WHO IS EVERyMAN LEGAL?
While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Everyman Legal founder Patrick Hackeling began his research into the law and the barriers individuals face in pursuing relief. For all the opportunities afforded to some, he would recognize, many more were left in the dark.
Upon entering legal practice, he saw firsthand the disparities in constitutional protections and how so often they slipped beyond the grasp of the most vulnerable and least to blame.
Hackeling has since dedicated himself to providing the necessary guidance and support to empower those in need through well-crafted legal arguments that center on the client’s lived experiences to allow them to recover, be made whole, and move on.
WHO DO WE serve?
We serve individuals who have been wronged, harmed, and are looking to reclaim what was taken from them. Whether you’re seeking compensation for personal injury, facing challenges with disability benefits, or hoping to prevent future complications by getting your affairs in order, we’re here to listen, answer your questions, and tell your story in a way that gets you the financial support you need for a better quality of life.
WHO am i?
I’m Patrick Hackeling, a Texas Law and Swarthmore College graduate, and a proud member of the NYSBA and Williamson County Bar Association. As an attorney, I’m licensed in Texas, New York, and Alabama, as well as federally in the Western District of Texas.
In addition to my work with clients, I’ve authored more than a dozen written works, spanning fiction, nonfiction, and legal scholarship. In a line, I’m a husband, a father, and an everyman.
GIVING BACK
At Everyman, we’re committed to making a difference in the community. In pursuit of that goal, we offer free seminars on a range of legal topics to help others better understand their rights and options. As part of our mentorship program, we also provide complimentary tutoring services to current law students and bar applicants.
With these efforts, we aim to build a stronger foundation for the future while actively addressing the needs of today.
